Nthenya Macharia is the founder of Nthenya the Brand Inc. and CEO of The Orange Company is a Certified Image Consultant and Etiquette Master, Member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) – VP Marketing, Nigeria: Africa Chapter, the Kenya Franchise Holder for Colourworks International. She is also a member of the Association of Professional Image Consultants in South Africa (APICSA) and a Member of the International Beauty and Image Consultants Association (IBICA).

With over 7 years' experience, Nthenya designs and delivers seminars and trainings on image, etiquette, color and make-up, communications skills and corporate protocol to companies.

She also offers individual consultations including top executives and politicians, helping clients identify their image strengths and devising strategies to achieve their maximum potential.

Nthenya is also a sought after corporate spokesperson/emcee, a motivational speaker,writer, host and coach. She spearheads a CSR initiative dubbed Vijana Vybe through The Orange Company which is a peer to peer mentorship program for High School teenagers to equip them with life-skills. This initiative is in partnership with the Ministry Of Education and VISION 2030.
