Born in Seoul, South Korea, based in London. Jeong-One Park is an independent filmmaker.

Jeong-­One Park grew up in Seoul, South Korea, and studied documentary directing at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Her degree film projects include OUT OF GARDEN, a self-­portrait documentary showcased for Channel 4, I CROSSED THE RIVER, an intimate look at the fate of a North Korean family living in London, and KUNG FU GRANDMA, a challenging portrait of the older women in a Kenyan Slum. KUNG FU GRANDMA has gone on to be awarded, nominated and selected at multiple film festivals across the world including One World Media Awards, London Short Film Festival, DocsDF and DocPoint.

She is currently working as an independent documentary filmmaker based in London and recently worked with RDF Television on Channel 4's new documentary series, Andy Glynne on his feature length documentary film, and Chris Shaw, as part of a series of mini-documentaries, adapting the Channel 4 film. Jeong-­One aspires to make films that lift the lid on previously un-­explored worlds, and do so with imagination and humanity.
