The KENYA WRITERS GUILD presents an Open Forum led by distinguished screenwriters, Cajetan Boy, Reuben Odanga and Njoki Muhoho.
 



CAJETAN BOY:




Over 15 Years Experience as a Filmmaker.

Credited as Writer/Director - The Captain of Nakara, By Any Means Necessary, Wale Watu, Sita Kimya and  All Girls Together, State House (Zuku TV) and bollywood movie Kaminey: The Scroundrels.

Mentor of Maisha Screenwriting Lab.

Owner of Et Cetera Productions.


REUBEN ODANGA:




Over 7 years  Experience as a Filmmaker.

Creator and Head Writer of the first Telenovela from Mombasa - Saida (Citizen TV).

Featured Actor in Wash and Set, Guy Center, Backlash and Lies That Bind.

Director of Multan Screen and Stage Limited.

NJOKI MUHOHO:




Kenya National winner in M-Net's New Directions scriptwriting competition in 1999.

Diploma in Film Making, New York Film Academy
Board member of Kenya Film Commission, committee member of the Kenya Film and Television Professional Association and Vice Chairperson of the Kenya Writers Guild.

Producer "Changes" (M-NET drama series) season 1 and 2. 

Has handled the commissioning of over 71 films.

Producer KTN television series "Mama Duka" which won the AMVCA 2014 Award for Best Indigenous Language Movie/Series.

-A raffle will also be conducted and two lucky winners will get the opportunity to attend the Official Premiere of Cajetan Boy's groundbreaking crime movie "Strata" on 22nd August 2014 at Allianse Fracaise and get a chance to mingle with the star cast and crew.
