'RASKIN & FLEISCHMANN' – Piano & Violin

The Embassy of Austria presents the Austrian-Belgian duo Raskin & Fleischmann, Ambassadors for the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' programme 'New Austrian Sound of Music' 2014-2015. Pianist Philippe Raskin is winner of several international piano competitions and performs regularly as part of chamber groups and as a soloist with orchestras in Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States. Johannes Fleischmann made his solo debut of the Brahms Violin Concerto with the Austrian-Slovakian Philharmonic Orchestra at the Wiener Konzerthause (Vienna Concert Hall). He continues to perform as soloist and chamber musician in Festivals and with celebrated orchestras such as the Vienna Philharmonic and the Vienna Symphonic.
