This movie put into relief the construction of artificial lakes in Haïti - a project which appears as a fervent of an economic and social revival based on community and solidarity. The documentary anchors in the Haitian peasant world and follows mainly the person of Brother Armand Francklin, colorful character who bustles so that his people stand up and work for a better future.
