La regina bella (The Beautiful Queen): A queen is single and decides to marry and she puts her suitors on harsh trials of strength and courage. Knowing that all former candidates had perished this way, N'sani plans to win the queen's hand by cunning and trickery.

Guarigione di una pazza per gli uomini (Healing of a Woman Crazy for Men): A man is married to a nymphomaniac and asks his friend's help to solve this problem.

Gli amanti puniti (The Punished Lovers): A fisherman suspects that his wife Adu is cheating on him and pretends to be blind to learn the truth.

Vendetta di prostituta (Vengeance of the Prostitute): Elders in a village punish men who sleep with prostitute Mande and she sets a trap to the elders in order to expose their hypocrisy.

Che cosa non ha fatto (What He Did Not Do): Handsome and "well-endowed" Simoa gets drunk of too much toddy and wears women's clothes. He soon contemplates that his drag may also bring some advantages and arrives at the house of a village judge to be his "new wife" but ends up sleeping with all women of the household.

6 novelle erotiche che ricalcano la struttura narrativa del Decamerone, ma con ambientazione africana anzichè medioevale, basate non su quelle del Boccaccio, ma sugli scritti di Leo Frobenius, autore di un'antologia sulla sessualità africana, intesa come alternativa rispetto a quella bianca.

Un menestrello va strimpellando diverse novelle. Vari pretendenti, re e principi periscono nel corso di prove affrontate per conquistare una regina giovane e bella, finché si presenta un furbo artigiano che, grazie a uno stratagemma, riesce nell'intento. Una giovane sposa, dopo aver ridotto il marito al lumicino e sfinito molti uomini, viene guarita mediante un trucco sconcio e crudele. Un marito tradito si finge cieco per poter punire gli amanti della moglie, ottenendo per di più la condanna a morte di uno degli adulteri con una ben congegnata calunnia. Una prostituta, umiliata da un giudice, da un muezzin e da un governatore, li attira in una trappola svergognandoli pubblicamente. Un giovanotto superdotato si sfoga in una serie di rapporti innaturali, poi trova la donna con cui vivere.

La reina de una tribu Africana, es pretendiada por reyes de otras tribus. Antes de accedera su mano deben pasar por pruebas de la que salen derrotados, la reina desespera de encontrar a un hombre lo suficientemente valeroso para conquistarla. Un dia llega al poblado un misterioso y apuesto joven que esculpe piezas de oro. La reina intrigada desea conocerlo y este consigue los favores de tan regia dama despues de muchos intentos.
